At DUCIE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for all full-priced items. Please ensure that items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Order

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
